Ramseyer Climate Lab
Investigating Drought, Climate Change, and Flooding from the tropics to the mid-latitudes
The Ramseyer Climate Lab at Virginia Tech is housed in the Department of Geography. Dr. Craig Ramseyer has expertise in hydroclimatology and machine learning techniques in the atmospheric sciences. As such, the range of research topics currently being explored is vast. Research in the lab is currently funded by NOAA MAPP, NSF, and UCAR.
We are a diverse, student-centered lab, where the personal and professional growth of our student members are at the forefront of everything we do. If you are a prospective student and interested in joining the lab, please feel free to reach out at ramseyer(at)vt.edu
